Who is deusjz?

deusjz is Jonathan Zulanas - a video editor and technology specialist who has spent the past decade refining his skills in a vast number of skill sets:

Jonathan attended Colorado Film School and Metropolitan State University of Denver, graduating in 2017 with a Bachelor’s in Journalism and Technical Communication. Currently residing on the West Coast, Jonathan continues to be a super rad button masher.

SOBA - Better Together

Commissioned by the Seattle Online Broadcasters Association to be used as a pitch video and community advertisement for the Pacific Northwest based Streamer community, using clips and segments from local creators and SOBA broadcasts.

Longship: Sentenced to Depth

Tagline:

Commissioned by livestreamer Will Overgard (Viking_Blonde) to edit moments pulled from a Twitch stream of him and his community playing the game “Depth”. Title Card and background built in After Effects, Subtitles created and animated in Premiere Pro.

Pokemon Go Litter Patrol

Tagline:
“It's the Pokemon Go Litter Patrol! Come join us Weekly through the end of October to keep our city clean and our Pokemon strong! Have fun, make new friends, and do right by the environment!”

Created as part of a social campaign for Neighborhood Heroes, a 501c3 nonprofit organization. Successfully performed on social networks such as Facebook and Twitter, increasing engagement at 145% of previous campaigns and efforts.

Tagline:
“A mystery emerges from the National Radio Quiet Zone.”

Commissioned by livestreamer Will Overgard (Viking_Blonde), this video was created to compile gameplay clips for the game titled ‘The Blackout Club’, showcasing notable moments and the unique “Live Hauntings” feature. As the project developed, it framed the gameplay within existing lore direct from the game’s first mission.

The video was directly featured on the official Blackout Club’s Twitter page, and the animation for the god’s symbols was licensed to be used for revealing the voice acting cast of The Blackout Club.

Commander Shepard Plays Fall Guys

Made with a combination of After Effects and Premiere Pro, this project was made at the height of Fall Guys popularity, mashing together two popular game IPs.

Acrophobia Skull Tutorial

Tagline:
“In Short: Crows Nest, Rally Point Charlie, Normal Difficulty. Get the Fuel Rod Gun. Shoot the drones.”

Tutorial made after Halo 3 was released on PC, acting as an in-game guide for players for a new feature.

The Longship Plays Rocco’s Rat Nest

Tagline:

A video compilation for livestreamer Will Overgard (Viking_Blonde), highlighting the streamer and community gameplay of Rocco’s Rat Nest, featured and shared by the game developers social outlets at Seemingly Pointless.

West and Main Homes - 3954 Pronghorn Meadows

Commissioned by West and Main Homes, this video was filmed and assembled intending to showcase a house in Colorado Springs, utilizing Drone Videography, Timelapse Shots, and Interior Video/Photography.
